Ok well the big ticket item I got from that place was the nice caster ring. I got it after about 10 runs in that place. The zone is long and hard and gos about as well as your group moves it, very reflective of the group you have. Cant say i was always there with an optimal group who had it memorized. My ring form there got replaced after i had RoK for about 4 days from doing a solo quest in FoN for Riliss.

Im to lazy to go back and quote the guy who said SoE should just dedicate the game to 50% group, and 25-25 solo-raid. Well actualy SoE DID make that claim well before DoF cam out. It has never been true. Dont know why, sounds like a wining combo to me also.

Also I ahve to say RoK has about the uglies looks of any part of the game. Flat and stupid. Im running 8800GTX and a system to match, ive got everythign maxed sept for shadow. Its ugly man, its ugly.

Moving past 75 I STILL see my self doing nothing but solo quests, I dont think 75 is the magic number here. I dont even know why these quests are giving Leg and Fabled items. Its not like I need(deserve) a 40int ring with 75PD to kill solo mobs.

Also why do these quests suck so much ass? Its the same old fucking "Gather some crap cause i cant move 3 feet in any direction," or "Kill some mushroom shits over there" I been doing since I started write grinding for a guild! I mean seriously, "Well I cant move from my post!" 'You look stronger than me!" How meny fucking times have the recycled that shit! LOL! Granted 1/2 the ppl just click thru it and dont even read it they just want to cut to the chase and get it over with.

In all honesty the quests are a little more invintive than they used to be. I think I would rather have one long cool quest that gives 30% XP than a bunch of lil queer ones but maybe not im just nit picking. At least they added some new gods i geuss. Also the Honey Grubber is freaking funny shit. Runs around all with honey and some bees chasing him. Gota lol at that one.

I actually like those quests. All I want from them is experience, and they give that, so I'm happy.

I hope they have just as many in future expansions as they had in this one, just add more group ones also to go along with it.

Didn't read the entire thread. But, learn some fucking spelling first of all.

I for one, like RoK how it is for solo questing. If you're not one of the first to complete a quest, you can rarely find enough people to do the quests again later on. It's like attempting to do claymore/sod after a few people completed it.

If you're raid geared from t7, the quest gear isn't really an update (as a scout)

Seriously, not only as a caster is the quested gear from the RoK quest lines equal or eventually better than most previous raid gear, but I have heard the same thing mentioned from raid toons of all varieties of classes (yes, even scouts).

Also, I have to agree with pretty much all of what Aduros said, especially the %50, 25%, 25%. That would be ideal imho.

And for anyone saying that at level 75 you find more group instances in RoK...don't choke too hard on those words after you keep dying in those instances with the rest of the 75's you went in there with. I agree with whoever said it earlier- that is NOT the magic number.

I have been 80 for a while now, and have ran through CoA, Chardock, Court of Korucust, Chelsith, Vault of Eternal Sleep, Maiden's Chamber, and Karnor's Castle (briefly back when it was broken and loot-poor), and the only place I can see any success with a majority 75 group is KC. I only went in there once a long time ago before they fixed it. The fact that is was broken with bugs and almost no loot made me put it on the bottm of my priority list at the time. I may go back there sometime now that's been fixed, just to complete the quests for AA. A 75 group could possibly do CoA, not sure as I forget what the highest mobs in there are, it has been a while since my last time in. But that's it- one, maybe two group instances at 75... anywhere else and you are likely toast.

Seems like many are posting their feelings before even seeing more than half the expansion. I don't care if your opinions on it are positive or negative, just know something about it first before commenting on it please.
