Remember being on the 6th Armor quest and doing the TS portion of the races..cussing as the giant popped and chased the group all the way to the docks.

Remember when the Octopus that popped when getting the HQ update in TS would follow you all the way accross the zone, even when you evaced, and still wiped the group

remember running around TS and running into a stack of corpses and wondering wtf just before doomsquall smacked the chit out of you...

remember getting killed by the named crab in LS and then dying as soon you revived as the crab camped the revive spot...

remember when giant language icons were tradeable and everyone wanted then so they could get the tarby quest and you could sell them for 10gp a piece...(at a time that 10gp was major money).

Ily already mentioned Doomsquall the terror of TS. For many of us with shitty computers at the time Doomsquall was an invisible mob and just wtf pwned you and you never saw it coming.

The original betrayal quest which I did more than once was a total pain but you felt like you had really accomplished something when you did it.

Dwarven Work boots HQ with 100 ore and 100 wood. Back then that was hard for several reasons. Mobs in harvest areas were all over the place and folks were harvesting nodes like crazy. Plus nodes didn't give more than 3 harvests and never more than one wood or ore at a time.

What about when there were more than one instance of Antonica/Blackburrow/Stormhold? Kylong Plains and such reminded me of that.

What about when no one had mounts and you saw some dude on the 10plat horse and were totally impressed.

SO much memories from game lauch, i had absolutely no clue about anything, like basically everyone else. Can't believe how crap gear we used back then, actually used gear that merchants sold

Also when we raided Stormhold and i ended up with 60% debt that i then tried to get rid of with scarecrows. And who could forget AQ's, what a hell were they to complete, hours of camping some undercon mobs.

And ofcourse endless grinding to 50, which that time took more time than it takes today to get from 1 to 80.

Way too much stuff to list to be honest.

oh yah 2nd,3rd,4th sets of gear.... 6 full bags of gear! resist gear! even crafted stuff for resists... almost no proc gear... was fun
remember when epics could crit aoe on you? was such an accomplishment to kill cheldrak with critting aoe...
remember when mythic items and serverwide messegaes? was fun too.

Remember when you could use a gear removal macro to save yourself gear costs? Nothing beats raid leaders screaming "GET NAKED!" in vent.

Remember when Nagalik, VoV or Krathuk would break, go bonkers, and kill every single person in their zone? Then camp the bell and kill anybody else who arrived?

when are lvl 50root was 45sec of unbreakable fun, then cast the lvl 20root untill are lvl 50root was back up again. When robe of the invoker and GEB stack.

If you were in a dkp guild and were able to kill the zek instence do you remember how much dkp the earing with ( in combat power regen it was called something else it wasn't FT, i think battlement of the mind??) went for, or the buckler with ( the same abilty as the earing) .... seeing all those healers drop there dkp lol.... /r Start bids @ 15

Remember when voxx was red lvl 58 that was such a fucking blast to kill or when a xp group would agro voxx and she would wipe the zone with a AE.


In in EF when someone would yell kurthuk then the fucker would break and rampage the entire zone all of his adds would go under the world at the revive spot and kill anyone who revived.
