Having trouble with in game Chat and Mail

Has anyone ever had this problem? I go up to click on the mailbox and read my mail or send mail and nothing happens, and then i notice for the past 20 minutes there has been no tells or any text at all entered into normal channel chat. Also my friends list is completely empty. I play on Oasis and there is no kind of down time or any problems posted on eq2 website. Any ideas wtf is going on?

Chat and mail and buddy list also down on Innovation atm. Sucks!

This is a server side problem, not client side.

Edit: Atm we're just inviting every guildy who logs in into raid, 'cus raid- and group chat works (not sure about tells).

Logged in for the first time in months. Figured it was either my UI or everybody was ignoring me.. except even my text wasn't in the chat window.

Aye happening on Runnyeye too.

Shout, ooc and officer chat works so you can have a work around by making officer chat available to everyone in guild for now. Broker and bank become unusable if you try to access your mailbox, but zoning or relogging fixes that.

Hopefully they'll be able to sort it once they're all awake and at work.

Yah was having this issue on oasis last night as well, kept trying to check mail and then the mailbox would go dead. Thought it was my UI as I hadn't played in a while, updated, relogged etc no marbles.

Chat and friends list is fixed on Runnyeye now, and I got the new mail icon when I relogged. Can't see the chat unless you relog though, and it had turned all my chat channels off so had to open chat options to reset them.
