Question about official forums...

I was wondering if anyone knows how one petitions a perma ban to the official forum, you cant pm there when you are banned:*(I didnt really know where to put this, so I put it here, thanks in advance.

Call a long distance number, wait on hold for 30 minutes, then get the run around.

All bans are reviewed by a supervisor already and you aren't getting it reversed.

The community relations team is the worse that the game has ever had in EQ2. I'm serious..those guys have zero customer skills. I got a PM from one of them and I sent it back with the all the grammar corrected.

They lost so much when Blackguard and Moorgard left..they should of gave those guys a raise or something. You really felt like those guys cared for the game.

The bozos there now probably still don't understand the term MMO.

No, I believe you are talking about bans in game, which are reviewable through the CS department.

Bans on the Official Forums are only reversible by Grimwell I believe.

I would PM either Echgar or Grimwell on the Official Forums from another account if you were trying to get a ban there reversed (sorry Grimwell if that's not the procedure, I don't what else to suggest however, feel free to correct me).

Yeah, well I got one eq2 account so I cant pm anyone thre ^_^. Basically, I told people exactly what I thought of their stupidity, and I also got a massive 3 week ban after a bunc of little one week ones when I had posted a thread calling soe out on the test xfers using the ss's lfg had posted up on here. Now im perma banned for being negative I suppose
