Not sure if this is related but I bought RoK on 1 credit card, got an error message and still didn't have RoK on my account, so I used another credit card to buy RoK. Now have two bills for RoK, EQ2 customer service refused to refund either charge, instead they said they'd give e 80 free days of service.. which is bullshit. They said "Why didn't you attempt to contact us the next day you realized this?" I said I had tried emailing them 3 times, calling them 3 times, waited 45 mins the first time, an hour the next, then an hour the next and finally got through.. and also waited hours for text support with no response. Pretty fuckin shitty customer service IMO.
