it would be cool if we could get something like with the "ring of fate" where you had to go hail some npc and bam they turn into encounters! Now just instead of having them spawn into a heroic, make em spawn into 75x4!

And spread them all over Norrath!! That surely would give "epic" a meaning, rather then some retarded dungen crawling to pick up a bag of bones or stuff

Yeah but if they obliterate an epic questline and their entire guild all has their best weapons day 1 it's a problem. Not so much the "casual guild kinda screwed" part.

Exactly. I'm assuming that the first fabled epic weapons will come from raids in T2, possibly from T3.
Meanwhile we've got guilds like Ne Plus Ultra (and many many more) who're clearing veeshans as often as is possible. What's going to stop them having their epic weapons the day they're introduced?

since we're guessing... my guess is that the legendary series will be a long-ass questline along the lines of Thuugah quest in KP. For the fabled, my guess is that it will be one heroic quest per class that has completing Fate of Norrath as a pre-req.
