i really like the idea of leveling up all of the other contested mobs and giving them new and unique loot tables. i mean honestly, how hard is it to think of and design loot that people want?

hey sony, hire me and ill do nothing but design cool loot all day, its easy.

What competition? How many times did Disso, CL, NPU, Aftermath, ect lose an avatar to another guild on their server? For the majority of servers it's 1 guild with all contested on lock.

Lets not bullshit here, if you guys wanted real competition you'd be transferring to the same servers so you could compete with each other. What would be more fun than the top 5 guilds WW all competing for contested? But thats not what your after, you want the 'guaranteed' loot.

Seems the real reason Scott left was he knew the quality of the product he was putting on the shelf stunk and he didn't want the hassle of dealing with it.

Much easier to leave and say you are looking to expand your horizons and in search of new challenges then to stay put and deal with the mess you created.

This new guys letter aside, hoping he can actually create a team atmosphere and get a direction for this game as it seems to this point the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.

The bottom line for raiders and folks that are unhappy...put your money where your mouth is. If we truly are the 1% of 1% of the playerbase, they will not miss us one bit and we wont have to raid their crappy ass, non-itemized content. But if we are more then that, they will feel it in their pockets. That is all they seem to care about so we shall see.

My account was cancelled a few days ago. But without being willing to step up and quit, all this complaining is just needless grumbling and SOE will do nothing.

I don't really give a shit about raiding, but I'm also quite bored with Kunark.

There really aren't enough instances, and the low drop rate makes me not want to go for that last one item I need or whatever. 5 places to visit for the next 4 months or whatever really isn't enough stuff to do. A lot of people even on Venekor already have full sets of everything they could possibly want from every instance.

What are they going to do now, since we don't have a proper raiding guild avaliable anymore? (and PvPing on Venekor is all but impossible nowadays)

They still need to do alot more than just give mobs an updated loot table.
