Don't forget when the classes got revamped, the level 57 mobs etc were (eventually) tuned down to 54 as well. (can't remember the exact levels, but they were red AFAIK)

Obviously can't make it perfect, which is why they seem to have some solid guidelines to make it as close to the original T5 without becoming anal.

rare crafted stuff was pretty badass back in they day. of course, it was LEGENDARY then, and rares were, well, rare.

but mastercrafted gear is "optional" for calb's disso, so if it makes you feel like you're cheating, you can opt to not wear it.
