Simple answer as to why you don't see any mention of epics in those patch notes: They're the Test server patch notes. The epics were deliberately left out of beta and were being tested internally only so that nobody had advance info or walkthroughs on the day they were released. I doubt you'll see them on the Test server before they appear on the production servers.

Thanks for your concern though.

And I never said that you WOULD lose a green avatar, but eventually you would have pretty much everything that you wanted from their loot table and you would stop killing them. Thus my point, that it is BETTER that they are scaled UP.
Having them be green con would mean other guilds having a better chance of killing them (not that you you inevitable lose them L2R ktx)
