Top issue for whom? I'd imagine making the low-level experience as flawless as possible is a top issue, as that's where your new customers come from. Broken mechanics at that level will hurt your new subscriber numbers.

Umm.. obvious from the fact that only a tiny portion of what is dramatically wrong with the game has actually been dealt with, and so much is left out - even though we've been told they're looking at it. Sounds rather like they've got all their resources crammed into adding a stupid ping time gimmick for the UI and the ability to search the broker for item effects, and fuck all resources "looking at the VP loot tables".

At least they've added Avatars. I won't be cynical about how broken they may or may not be (yet), I'm just glad they're inc.

shut the fuck up.

a top issue is definately not a part of the game that gets blown through in about 10 hours.

good point, given the momentum they got from what seems like high xmas sales of RoK and new subs, focusing in on the 1-20 game would be the most sound business decision to retain the new players past the trial period. They might even want to toss in some new content in the 20-60 range soon to do even more towards that end.

VP loot really pertains to a small number at this time, but Im sure they will eventually get to it. Just dont transmute everything....

The broker search and the F11 option are going to improve my game experience ten-fold, dunno about you guys!

How many people search the broker? I'd guess just about every player.

How many are raiding VP?

Improvements to the broker benefit a far larger segment of the playerbase than do fixing the highest-end raid gear to make it even more uber.

Next, do you think that the person who handles the broker interface is the same person who does itemization?

No, I think the special needs kid who gets to visit the office once a fortnight for his day release does the itemisation.

I guess people think that 3 people is all you need to make a great QA team! No, it's not, as was easily seen by RoK Beta. I'm sorry you don't seem to believe the truth that is so blatantly obvious that everybody else can see it from a mile away.

If they've only got 3 people total doing QA, then yes, they could probably use more, given the amount that needs to be tested.

Not to mention that allocating resources doesnt come down to just looking at what you have and saying do this.

I highly doubt there is a guy whose only job is taking care of the broker system...if there is thats a joke.

what needs to be done is they need to hire/fire the correct skillsets and the amounts needed.

there needs to be more people allocated to each category who skillsets are needed. its not being done.

Itemization and content attuning is the brunt of the problems for 3 years...figure it out already.
