i didn't read your whole post, i simply posted that its only Strike or Ex-strike trying to discredit AM in this thread, Everything I said was true if you go reread again.

it awes me that you would sit here and type for 10+ minutes about something like that though

My post was not to only address your statement, it was to address the top 5 guild things mostly and explain my position on it.

Also, my ankle is almost broken at the moment. (I am very afraid to move it lol), so I really don't have anything better to do anyways.

As I said in my thread, I'm not going to take a dig at Aftermath unless I see them taking one at me. I know my guildie started that one. Not using his better judgment in my opinion. However, everyone has their own opinion.

The VP rankings are misleading...clearing VP was more related to where most guilds were with their VP timer/progress when the Phara Dar fix went in. We happened to get kicked out of our instance the day before the fix (while pulling Phara Dar)...if we had fucked around instead of heading back in we wouldn't be third on the list. Does that make us any better than guilds who cleared VP 4th, 5th etc....nope. Without a lucky run through VP we could easily be lower on the list too. On the other hand, if we had started at Phara Dar on the day of the patch we might have landed higher on the list (we first pulled post-patch Phara).

IMO the best indicator of progress is killing shit that is up on other servers at the same time. Ranking threads like this are gay...hopefully we'll see some notable kills soon.

Don't worry, didn't offend me. I rather enjoyed you post. Well thought out. You didn't just turn a trash can over on my head and dump shit out. You answered a tad long winded but I like that.

I left it very open ended cause I wanted to see people's general opinions. Someone could have come in and said the top 5 guilds were the first 5 to lvl 80 (didn't expect anyone to say that). People have different reasons for playing the game and therefore have different views. My views line up with most of what i've heard so far tho.

Problem is bud there are so many wide-definitions you can use to rank guilds that without putting criteria in what to rank it in all this post will be is just be drama without establishing anything. If that's what you are going for - so be it, however if you are actually trying to recieve accurate information or a ranking system you just need to give criteria for people to base their opinions on. Otherwise there's at least 5 threads like this already.
