i could quote that word for word and use it as an argument as to why contesteds such as avatars shouldn't exist. in a few weeks i could probably use the same argument for epic weapons, but i don't know what the quests are like yet so i won't.

Is Fan Faire an EQ2-only event? And how much of the cost is covered by admission fees?

Nope, last FF we had EQ, EQII, Planetside, The Matrix, SWG, The Agency, Vanguard... /counts on her fingers. Think that's it.

And the all-access pass covered everything but room and board and random booze.

All games were present, however, EQ2 was the main attraction. By far the largest MMO represented, followed closely by EQ1.

The pass was 80$ USD iirc, which allowed access to all 3 days.
