I believe I saw 3 messages. You gain AA exp, you gain exp, and you convert exp into aa. Not 100% sure about the second message, but i know i got the first and last for sure. It was collection quests and LnLs I was turning in.

i dont know if this translates to AA exp (i assume it would), but they purposely degrade the adventure exp on red mobs/quests so people can't powerlevel others by killing content that is far above their natural level. their reasoning is that no single person should be killing solo red mobs (other than to show off), no group should be killing red heroics (good luck staying sane through that anyway), and most quest giving NPC's wont even talk to you until the quest cons yellow or orange.

Dev's have intimated that AA exp is 'best' (optimal?) for certain colors of quests - Blue, White, Yellow IIRC. Im sure the actual quote is out there and its gonna be vague as hell since giving us the hard numbers would somehow kill the magic.

I don't have a link to the post, but a dev posted some time backing indicating that you get reduced AA for green and red quests. Blue through yellow quests reward the same.

At least you get AA exp from green con quests now. It used to be we would walk up-hill, both ways, in the snow, in our bare feet, to turn in a green quest and get no AA for it. And we were grateful.
