I wonder if the rumor is true? Theyre just nerfing caster hit rates in VP and leaving melee hit rates alone? If true, the phrase "shooting yourself in the foot" comes to mind.

I think this is a losing battle concidering they even said they are nerfing casters to miss just as much now. I wonder if SOE will ever come to realize that nerfs really only serve to piss people off.
