someone asks (can't remember where) for some nice "Fix melee Hit Rate"-Forum-Signatures/Avatars. Here we go ... just created them today.

Why do you have "resisted" coming up on your melee sigs!?

the dmg procs from the swords and of course a hint to the spell hit rate changes.
oh btw. this would be a nice effect for the epic weapons: +15% to hit rate
