I am hoping that is a mistake.

1.) they already nerfed them once.
2.) mobs hit hard as hell and that proc offset it alittle bit.

That almost has to be a mistake. In this form they are completely useless. Why would a healer want a self heal proc off a heal? If they had to change it from group they could have at least made it for the target of the heal.

Hoping they change it back - if it really was overpowered (which I don't think it was) they could just reduce the amount of the heal.

Add the blessings change onto this and I'm a very sad little cleric.
