I've seen the Warden Epic - but don't have the link/screenshot.

It has +heal, and a proc;
50% chance on crit heal
Increase power of caster ~400

Did you actually need to kill epics for the weapons you've just linked? or is it just legendary with fable tag?

They are the "legendary" rewards, whose name should really be changed to heroic rewards since after this expansion seeing a fabled tag on something heroic is common place.
