Sony changed the guys in Maj'Dul that drop the keys for the Peacock quest line to be body drops instead of chests because they were grey to level 70's.

Magically, history repeats itself.

Yes it might seem stupid to force you to get chest drops from grey mobs, but maybe thats what SoE wanted? Maybe they wanted you to do something different, like mentor? I think it's creative. Sure it's inconvienient, and if tehres nobody on your server willing to help you with it then your fucked, but isn't that the same with most quests?

You always need to get someone to help you. This one is just saying you need to get someone lower level to help you. I think it's pretty creative.

Glad they allowing alternatives now though, but still was a cool spin on the traditional view of what a quest entails.
