If it was near perfect, people wouldn't be ranting as much. Look at EQ1 and Velious, probably one of the best expansions in MMO history without a level increase. It wasn't perfect, but it was a heck of a lot more complete than the pieces of scrap SoE continues to release for EQ2.
There's just no excuse for them to be still changing spells and AAs aside the fact that their grand idea for each class and the game as a whole, isn't so clear. They continue to promote poor communications within their company and lack of team work. This is clearly seen by the itemization in the game.
Also on a side note, does anyone fucking remember DoF raid content? At release how fucking lame the itemization was that? I recall raiding many zones getting pieces of crap items and selling them to the merchant. Several weeks/months later, many of the items were changed to be finally itemized, even though poorly. Why wasn't this addressed in Beta? Isn't that what fucking Beta is for?
So basically you are telling people to go buy a chair missing a leg with a little piece of paper saying, "We owe you 1 leg for your chair. Please make 3 easy payments of 14.95 a month for 3 months and we will ship you your leg for your chair."
As for working order?? I can log in, i see my character and zone into EOF, that's working order. As for quality and completeness, that's a whole different story.
