On every other avatar that one flavor text means a raid wipe. That one effect is not working at all. Since you already said it did absolutely nothing but flavor text for you it is obviously broken, bugged, whatever you would like to call it. Look at every other avatar each of those "flavor texts" actually ends up placing a detrimental effect on your players or spawn additional adds if they do not do the trick. Valors "flavor text" effect does absolutely nothing.

I can post the screenshots of valors powerdrain/disarming aoe, or his stun, or his adds stuns, or divine dam shields, or divine proc or his other abilites, but those actually work. The flavor text effect the one that actually all avatars have that can wipe a raid in seconds, the NEW effect is what i am referring to. The one you obviously know that i am talking about. The one that as you said did nothing.

All i am saying is that effect is broken and needs to be fixed. Gratz on you gusy i am not saying you did anything wrong. You killed the avatar as it spawned on your server. But that effect appears to be broken and makes this epic easier then even as your own guild said it should be.

So apperently no one can kill an avatar unless it is bugged.... Is that the jist of what I am reading, Gungo?

Hell, if it had adds, I'd say it's a heck of alot more legit then other avatar kills this tier.

All i am saying is eveyr avatar has a venril sathir type effect. One that places a raid wide effect on you. If you do not follow the guidelines of that effect it is almost a garaunteed raid wipe. Of every avatar I pulled it had this effect. Every avatar made you jump through a hoop or it would wipe the raid somehow. Like growth would spawn a x2 epic for each person who didn't move. Below completely powerdrain/lifedrained people. Valor no matter what you did... did nothing the effect did not do a thing...

Valor's effect states " You feel the gaze of valor watching you. You must fight to retain your senses."

You could not atk, atk, stand there and do nothing, whatever. And absolutely no other detrimental effect will happen. No new adds. No extra raid wide aoe, no extra control effects as the effect seems to imply happen. It is the nearly the same encounter as t7. I will let it go at that, but that new raid wiping effect on Valor should be looked into by a developer to determine if it is working correctly is all that I will say.

No i am saying that I did pull valor fought him for an extended time and that his effect did not do anything in several hours.

I am saying based on everything posted by your members that effect which i noticed and /bugged prior was not working. People already said it was just "flavor text".

"Flavor text" that in every other known avatar will wipe a raid.

I am not trying to pick a fight and i am not saying you guys did anything wrong. But if you are saying you are 100% positive that raid wiping effect was working as intended, we can leave it at that and hopefully a developer would not need to fix Valor's raid wipe effect.

This is a valid concern. Since Zoltaroth is reading this thread and has shown to have information regarding avatar coding, maybe he can confirm if Valor is indeed working correctly or not.

A simple Yes/No answer to that question would suffice.
