Every tenured raid guild is wary of posting self gratifying kill lists when the content is new or being done first, b/c well a lot of times there really was no accomplishement at all, and in doing the former makes themselves look foolish. This is harder to gage with avatars b/c well its a random spawn system.

The one thing to take away from this thread is that if Valor is working as intended, farm the fuck out of shit and start sacrificing it to valor, get tons of easy shared loot table loot, then move on to the challenging avatars.

I agree that the post was bordering on self grats, but the fact is it merely stated it was legitimate and the kill time, close enough I guess. If you want to take that as a self grats, that's fine. I immediately asked people to handle this better when it was done in the future. It wasn't handled in an "OMG we are so 1337!!1" way. We made no claims of any domination that should put any sand in your vagina.

Regardless, we've stated several times that the encounter was too easy. I don't know what else I can give you, because I can't spawn avatars on your server or force the devs to balance the encounters well. You guys can hate on the thread all you want, that's why this is flames, but if you're going make snide remarks you're going to get replies.

It's crafted poison trigger increase. You see, the word crafted screws every Bard taking the AA poison line, which is probably the majority. Although I'm sure the person who designed this item is unaware that Bards even get poison through AAs.

The neck piece isn't that good because it's a neck piece and not a belt or wrist. I bet that effect would own in PvP!

I was simply pointing out why some people made fun of the post.

It definately was a self gratsing post, which personally if its a big accomplishment why not congratulate yourself and tell the community of your accomplishment. Never the less unfortunatley its not a huge accomplishment based upon the difficulty of the encounter as well I can especially see people's frustration with the fact that the Avatars are inherintly designed terribly when it comes to spawning and now somehow with even that broken that frustration boils over.

I'd like to point out, I can't remember who it was, whoever acted like it was jealousy factor, thats not the case. Don't confuse frustration that something is broken on one server while other servers are getting multiple avatars with jealousy. People just want to play the game and are pissed they are being fucked over as well as dumbfounded that there can be so many oversights on raid content even 4 months into the expansion.

I am sorry i didn't realize you were retarded. You see in order to know what effects several avatars had you actually have to pull/see several of them. If i had known you lacked the common sense to make that connection i would have put in a disclaimer for a moron such as yourself. But i will leave it simply as that each avatar has a raid wide effect alot like venril sathir. It does a check to see if you are doing what it wants you to do. Below for us had a positioning/movement check if not it power/lifedrains. Growth had another positioning /movement effect that spawns x2 epics. Valor had an effect that says "You feel the might of valor watching you. You must fight to retain your senses". This effect which is a raid wiper on every other avatar DOES NOT work correctly (IE bugged). It has no check and does not do its detrimental effect.

I did say that. I also didn't say anything else after that about it being a special kill in the public channel, so meh. If I were home, I'd post your quote gratsing us too, just to put that in context.

Jingizu linked the loot before the bidding was done, when he wasn't the one receiving it - that is what Kaeleah was referring to.
