If you are telling me that you are an fd character and could in fact get to the Queen in Chardok by yourself, my point doesn't change. If you want those shineys, you should go for them ungrouped. If you are grouped, they belong to the group, period.

If you think you exclusively deserve blue shineys because you have goggles, I would argue that a hardcore raider in your group deserves more loot than a casual player in all treasured gear. And that is because the raider contributes more to killing the mobs since he is able to do more dps because he has better gear than the casual player.

As far as a shiny lotto, I'm in favor of it but my core group of folks I group with now already /ran for shinys they need as it is. One of the fun things about certain classes was being able to FD the shiny whore of the group :p
