1- Sometimes, never is better than late.
2- This is needed (but who knows how bad it actually is), it's also nice they're not going to fuck priest debuffs because of it.
3- What guilds all go /anon anymore?

5- this is a cool change, the city areas were never balanced that well between the cities, bankers are infinitely more useful than menders in a city zone.

7- easier solution... MAKE THE ZONE NOT PERSISTENT!! thanks for assumably wasting a lot of time on this change

9- This is a pretty big bone to throw pvp, and a solid change.
