You'd have to be a complete moron to think they are even remotely possible with another guild attacking you while doing it, lol
So, no contested go down ever on PVP? Or do guilds stand around and let the other have pulls at contested. I figured it was a battle of wills for one group to outlast the other and one finally gives up and lets the other win. I guess that's what I was getting at.

Who cares about the PvE vs PvP debate? I'd just like to see multiple top end guilds battle it out for supremacy. With half the Avatars broken and VP being a waste of time, why not? Raid 2-3 days on PvE and then do battle on PvP. Hell, maybe SoE will take feedback from Test PvP regulars.

A few contested and avatars went down in EoF (mainly from sneaky pulls I suppose), but with RoK I really don't see an avatar dieing anytime soon on Nagafen.

Not to be an ass, but even these top raid guilds if they come over are going to get rolled by scrub nagafen guilds, and if they fight eachother it will be like retards sword fighting with nerf bats.

I honestly believe that just about ANY Nagafen guild that can field a full raid can easily defeat ANY PVE guild in PVP. Yes, I'm saying that in my opinion, any Exile guild would destroy any of the top five worldwide PVE guilds in PVP, and that most Nagafen city guilds would also own them straight up.

The difference involves experience, strategy and practice that is only possible to get when you PVP everyday. Also gear - we all have diety fear and stun cloaks, and use many of the good quest items we got from leveling in ROK that most players on PVE servers probably vendored shortly after getting.

Having played in both environments, I'm convinced of this.

The main reason this needs to happen is so someone can test the spell resist changes, I just hope someone actually does.

I guess the only zone anybody would be willing to test it out in, would be CoD.

It's in protectors realm and korsha too which are both fun but just not to the degree vp would have it.

So it`s safe to assume that ALL epics got thier resists buffed, not only orange cons? Whats the point of that?
