So AA’s are bugged when you have 24 people in a raid. My question is so you kill mob “X” with 24 people in raid, does that mean if you kill the same mob “X” with 23 people you won’t get AA since, and you have killed him once already

No. After killing a few EoF mobs with a full raid, we went back a week later and killed them with a couple people missing - we got aaxp.
