No I think Pinski is a bit right, it's probably a whine because it started to bother me when thinking about it. Maybe I wanted reassurance, or perhaps its because I never liked the person. Just like the rolling stones say "you can't always get what you want". Just like everyone else I think the person who gets hit should of had the cloak, but oh well.

change your loot rules, if you want a fast(er) progress. MTs should have an option to clearly define what they really NEED. but it's just one item and of course you will always wipe due to ~200hp less, with or without this item equiped by the MT. don't make a poll over here, make a poll in your forum and ask your ppl if they want a change in your dkp system.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but don't you guys have a system where the MT can call loot for base no questions asked (for expample when Heisenberg got the Chel'Drak's Shard WW1st) ?

Only if they are the ONLY tank for the encounter. Heisenberg actually had enough DKP to take the Chel'Drak's shard without that, because Chel'Drak requires an add tank, he could not have used the MT clause. Which for most of the encounters where loot drops that's useful, you really couldn't use it because of that part. Also, you still are charged DKP, so it's not like he's being given it for nothing.

LOL, had fun reading this one, however.. DKP is DKP.. if you went all in on your DKP and they had more then you.. welp.. raid more often, spend less... if you DIDN'T go all in on this item..your about as dumb as a box of rocks for not doing it then whining somebody out bid you for it.

In a DKP system there are only 2 rules.

1. If you want it, bid for it and bid high.
2. Better Gear on the back then DKP in the bank anyday.

If you are outbid for an item and you did not go all in, then it's lessoned learned for next time.

It's a whine or u wouldn't ask, if u have a DKP system, and no additional guild rule he had the right to outbid other fighters.

Also not like that cloak is *much* better than the TNT one, so... who gives a f**k?
