Pretty much every person on our raids has been getting lag spikes at the same time. So I sincerely doubt that opening my wallet and buying more shit is gonna make anything better. Since the GU there has just simply been a craptastical amount of server side lag. If it was my connection, 23 other people from all over the US and Canada wouldn't be sharing the lag issue.

Sooo.... SOE fix your shit please.

yesterday in Coa i seemd to hit bad spots where i would be getting 2or3 sec delay on combat arts mainly the left said before you reach any named but after i got out of that area was fine also noticed this running through KP,KJ,fens some spots i would lag some spots i wouldent and yes a trying running back through them and got the same lag

Thanks for posting your other accounts of this problem.

It makes sense that it only happens the first time, because we fetch the options from the server and have to determine which options are available. Not sure what would make it happen on older systems though, because this is more related to network traffic than cpu or ram usage.

I would like to point out that lag is worse than mid-EoF in the current build of the game. It is getting very frustrating to see the progress made since then go down the shitter in the last live update.

I would much rather have lagless raiding than G15 support, so atleast telling us if we can fix this client side by removing that option would be swell.

You can turn off G15 support with the command:

/cl_g15_enable 0

It doesn't make a difference anyhow. SoE screwed up somewhere and they don't know how to fix it. We had a dev posting here trying to come up with something but that all fell through when SoE cut ties with eq2flames.

Does anyone even give a shit about the g15 support? I have one and the information it gives you is completely useless. Can look at your UI for half a second and find anything it tells you. I'll stick with ACT thanks.

g15 support causes lag? yeah, right

im playing on server valor (german) since beta and we had horrible lag for moths in t7. noone cared about the lag, when we started to /petition and post on official boards. instead of fixing the lags, they banned everyone on their fucking board, who didnt stop whining about the lag.

on our server the lag started to be back at horrible since last LU. raiding vp or trak is just a pain in the ass, especially when theres more than one force inside. when you are getting used to click a CA once every 4 or 5 seconds being brigand on a raid, then theres something really wrong with this game...

as far as i know, other raidforces on german language servers are fighting on the same goddamn lag. reactions of CS to our many petitions and mails in the last weeks? yeah, right, there was one email, where eovania (german community lady) wrote me, that they cant track down any lag-concerning problem on our server and she forwarded this issue to technics-people. As far as our experience in t7 was, this lag wont be any better for months now...
