I only continue playing on Valor while most of the people i like stay tere. At the moment the Lags are as terrible as they where in EH - let me guess - a half year ago?

I just threw some clips of KP docks when the writ giver was in place together for another reason, but the spell lag is my issue.

Just curious if it is still the same for everyone, or has it gotten better?

Not sure how to use either Fraps or Filefront but here is an example of the Lag spikes I have been facing:

As soon as I enter combat I get a total lock up and then fine for 30 seconds. I only started getting this after the GU43 patch.
