This was mentioned awhile ago to match all new accounts in that you can now claim veteran rewards on eveyr single toon you create.

There is no longer a limit on claims.

I'm so glad they did this. Now my new main can claim items I had thought lost forever to a toon I thankfully realized I was never suited to play. (I make a very very poor tank. Healing ftw.)

Not sure if this is true. The one claim that i want for my alts is the 3 year one with the broker claim that gives a reduction in fee.

I originally claimed the three available. They are still shown as zero'd out

The four year one is one per character though.
