im honbestly im pressed my level 69 illu could hit 80% of the time in Vaults of Eternal Sleep a few min ago the high red con stuff so I assume the nerf to caster hit rates didnt go in with a LU yet
looks barely like a nerf to me tbh if this was the case
I had nothing but my own mental debuff dunno what to say

lol. Outside of a shitty raid group for the assassin and perfect for the wizard, this isn't nearly true if the assassin is in even *close* to comparable gear.

(Except, of course, possibly in VP)
