I'm not sure if it was changed all that much. When we killed Valor just a few days ago he had a spell that target locked people to nothing for like 7 seconds and couldn't be cured. However, he didn't really seem tough at all. I'm not sure if thats new or not. It's also
quite possible they did mess with him.
