Wow.

This game is ALL about competition. What you fail to understand is that to the users of this site, our motivation to play this game is ENTIRELY based on how good our guild and gear is relative to other players.

In PVE, players do very hard and difficult things to maintain their relative superiority over players in other guilds.

On Nagafen where I play, players are SOLELY motivated by competition. For competitive reasons, we sometimes even camp zone entrances to block other players from progressing in this game, for the purpose of destroying their morale and maintaining our competitive edge.

Without competition, only crafters would play this game. You want a game without competition? Play Toon Town.

You seriously have no clue and lack any understanding of basic human nature and the need for a food chain in massively multiplayer online games.

What he meant to say is the big boys compete in FPS games, this is like a vacation to what real competition is. But that field for competition is dieing off too, hence why I ended up here after almost a decade of FPS :D. No where though am i saying this game isn't fun as hell...I love decking out my toon and becoming more powerful.

I've played some online FPS games, and I consider myself rather good, but not many players I've ever met there have been "big boys" per se. I see much more determination and effort in MMOs.

That said, now I want to frag a little in BF2142.

Fucking 360, wish they'd cut out all the fucking first person shooters. The 360 controller blows for FPS.

I moved the three major drama threads related to this one to the Hall of Flames section for archiving. Please continue any discussion you want in this thread.

Thanks

Statements like this make me sad. Cheaters should never be ignored, no matter what they did, or whether it directly affects you or not.

LMAO, then you just learned a valuable lesson, LFG. The Top of the Food Chain in any MMO is the Devs.

I am not passing moral judgement on your actions. As I sais before, I dont care. I am just pointing out that your tantrum inspired actions were foolish and accomplished nothing possitive.

The Devs dont need you, the game doesnt need you, the players dont need you. You sullied your own reputation and damaged your own sites profitability. Next time, think before you act.
