The super enhanced tendency to be complacent and numb is the characteristic of MMO addiction that will keep your meager number of subscriptions stable, even through devastating drama and corruption like this. While raiders are the most vocal minority of the game, the majority just don't fucking care, regardless of the number of posts tallied up at EQ2Flames or elsewhere. The only people that lost here was the raiders, collectively and a few actively playing devs. But this is not the players fault, nor is it Flames fault.

How fucking dumb is the Community Team to blame LFG and Flames for this? Pretty fucking dumb. This issue has no wheels if the SOE employees keep their fucking mouths shut about thier RL identity. That is the beginning and end of it. SOE, this is your mess. Grats.

Snark, (representing the players, if I may be so bold) is 100% spot on to demand a public apology. We didn't make this mess. Back to sifting through /bug reports and lurking the 'Bitch of the Day' thread for feedback, dumbasses. Aw fuck, who am I kidding? They don't fucking care. Thanks for a couple of fun years playing. Grats on the countless blunders that led you to the pile of crap your game has become.

We are crystal clear where we stand. Your unkind words to LFG are all that is left to resonate and echo, quite loudly in fact.

I hope you lose your job Grimwell. You're the only one that deserves this. You are the worst thing to happen to this game.. ever. As a community manager, you have decided to manage nothing. You have extended your (obviously) weak powers of diplomacy into now cutting off the only feedback worth reading about your game from your most passionate and loyal customers, making the game evolution and development weaker as a result.

Want to work something out? Do it quickly. Because I'm getting more PMs by the minute (some with information so sensitive I am not posting it) and the ball is in your court.

Do whats best for the game.

Good thing this is SOE, and not some company that's known for fucking over it's customers.

To put it bluntly: your delusional if you think SOE would cave in and meet these demands. Seriously, take a second (or fuck, an hour) to think about what your asking, then realize who your asking to follow through. Not gonna happen. SOE as a corporation, isn't just going to bow down and apologize simply because we've made public the handles of their employees.

It's over. Community relations are ruined, this game is ruined. Let's just enjoy the fireworks, and "show them the definition of unsatisfied customer".
