I cancelled my account, and here's why - Page 14

I have canceled all 3 of my accounts as well, a combined over 10 years of subscriptions. The Dev misconduct was the end for me.

I wanted to also note I was playing a bit of WoW which I also ended up canceling but whats interesting is.

When you Cancel you WoW account they ask you for all kinds of information as to WHY you canceled. SoE dosn't ask you for shit.

Hmm, I canceled once before and had to complete the survey. I actually really liked it and it didnt bother me one bit.
But the fact that they no longer are bother to ask why you are leaving just goes to show how much they really care and listen to the playerbase.

3 accounts total canceled for me now.

Yeah, it was requested that folks who are leaving post about it here so that people who can't use the scroll bar or the next button don't have to cry.

Started in 2006, returned at the start of this year from a break to see if Kunark had repaired the damage SOE had been doing gradually over the years only to find the game was nothing like it once was.

Piss easy HQs due to nerfing to high heaven, levelling no longer a challenge and itemisation that sucked, if your going to offer uber rewards for low level quests in Gorowin, at least have Freeport and Qeynos low level quest rewards fixed so they are on an even parr!

Finally got sick of the solo grindfest this game has become. If the next expansion looks any good might come back to give a try, that and if they EVER roll out the skelly revamp and Guild Halls.

I think because while its stickied at the top of the General Discussion page it distracts him when hes sucking a SOE Dev off.
