I cancelled my accounts today. (Go ahead, rejoice, talk shit, and post behind me telling me how happy you are. Fuck you, I could care less.)

The game has a definate cap for the casual player. Once youve run all your instances, done all your quests and gotten all your AA, etc there is simply nothing left but to raid or reroll.

Raiding is fun for sure, but stales after awhile. To get past any of the lower tier raid zones requires joining a guild with mandatory raid attendances, 4 night a week raid schedules and a whole level of dedication Im just not interested in giving to a video game. Sorry, I got shit to do, and feel like Ive already wasted enough time just getting to where I am now.

I know alot of you like to pretend like your boycotting eq2 for some nobler purpose, whether its loot, progression or rules, whatever your particular flag is you wave, but for me it just became "over". As far as casuals go, I feel like I beat EQ2. Sure there is 1 zone full of dragons I never got to see, but to be honest theyre all just the same models SOE uses thru the game anyway, so whats the point?

Grind 4+ nights a week for 4+ hours a night, just to get more %crit on my gear? Fuck it, Im over it.

Eq2Flames.com has been a fun place to flame war, some of you guys where good rivals, and so to those of you who are left, I wish you well, and hope you get everything out of this game your after.

To those of you who understood I was just playing the bad guy role here and having fun stirring shit, I /salute you, and to those of you who took me literally and really take this game so seriously as to have believed everything I said and did and where offended by it in real life, I leave you with this last thought:

"Fuck you in your moms mouth, I hope you die of ghonorea and your dick falls off you arrogant elitest prick. EQ2 doesnt make you a better person, it just fucks up your suntan. Now go outside and find a girl douchebag."

PS: Alesis is for sale, 80/140 Dirge, Epic (fabled) all items on him are off the Dirge list for "best items in game" off of this sites Dirge section, fully adorned, and all Masters and Adept 3s. He has lvl 80 Nightmare Warg mount, Flaming Skull and Wherewolf Illsuions and a ton of other stuff, including raid quest items from the T1 zones. PM me here if you are interested, otherwise Ill move him to the bazarr within about a week or two and sell him off that way.

Not really, I am butthurt because they stole my bike, pissed on my dog, then vandalised my house. I just decided to stop paying them for it. It is a simple case of taking my marbles and going home. I am still friends with the people I met in the game, so they have nothing to offer me now. I got a new bike, cleaned off my dog, and cleaned up the house so screw it.
