KoS appears to be the most well-recieved expansion IMO. I like it for the most part except for its soundtrack, which was subpar to other EQ2 soundtrack pieces. Yeaah.

AoC is doing ok but still needs work.
Tier 1 and 2 raid zones are working and T3 is still unrealeased

. Still some bugs with raid zones but you get through them.
Itemization changes are "coming soon" with new end game content. But it really needs other endgame stuff to. No player titles etc to aim for like EQ2.
Raids don't use smartloot like EQ2 so alot of epic drops can go waste. Only 1 set or armor and about 2 weapons per tier and no other types of things drop.
Raids also aren't like EQ2 with the invincible tank set-up and you need 2 or 4 off tanks to do most zones lol.
It's fun if you prefer a more an MMO without auto-attack but isn't the MMO out there.
It launched to early and was unfinshed which is a bit like most EQ2 expansions
