KC is hardly worth the time to visit and the interesting parts of Sebilis are for 80.

Smedley clearly wants to make more money via Station Cash and if the items stay crap that won't happen.
I also don't buy the line that they rolled out Station Cash to prove-out the digital-wallet preparing for the release of Free Realms/DC Online/The Agency. I mean this is Smedley & SOE, when do they ever launch a game after testing the servers?
The fact that its not included in SWG & Vanguard tells us those games will be canceled in 2009.

With a proper group, from 70-79 you can now run:

Dunno about Vanguard (it's supposed to be good now but will never surpass EQ1 or EQ2) but like I've said many many many times before, they should can SWG.

They are treading a really really thin fine line with Station Cash, and it won't take much to cause a mass exodus, IMO.

To an extent, I agree with this, but replace EQ1 with FFXI. Fuck that game. See definition 6 of that game in Urban Dictionary, replace WOW with EQ2, and that's how I feel.

it's been said by a few players in game that Vanguard is the closest thing to EQ1 out there *shrug* (i never played eq1 so i don't know) I do know tho it's more challenging and less linear than eq2 or most any other game out there. Unless you've played VG lately ..(like to max lvl) then you really don't know what it entails, most comments about it on these boards are ppl who played it at release. It has changed a ton since then.

I was in Vanguard from Beta 1 until a few months after release and I pop in from time to time since I have the Station Pass. Vanguard is nothing like EQ1. It had the makings of a great game in the early beginnings, but then the game was repeatedly raped with each stage of beta to cave in to the whining demands of all of the WoW kiddies they let into beta. Now SOE keeps a skeleton crew on the game to work out the mess Sigil created when they made and remade the game a half dozen times during beta.
