I've always played good players just as a change from bad on Galaxies but this topic intregues me cause I never new about all this burden for you evil ones. I just assumed it was equal on both sides but yea there are more people in Qeynos so i can see the market being a bit more on your end (supply and demand). That really sucks and yea fuck SOE for doing this.

Ya, I went back to check, when I don't have a dog up, the epic x4 guards don't see thru a regular invis totem.

But you still have to un-invis to go thru the script from the quest NPC, and that epic x4 does walk directly to that npc.

Don't mean to sound like a whiner, I just don't understand why many extra hurdles only seem to be put in game for Freeport players and not Qeynos players.

Well on PVP servers it's a tad bit differnt and the epic x4 is the lest of your worries when going into Qeynos. Although when you travel on the far side of the Ghoulbane NPC more close to the water the Guard didnt aggro me. However, yes I think the system as it stands is bias toward the Q's and not just with brokers. Personally for a better system overall is get rid of the broker % disavantage or just make the market regional. Q's can only shop from the Q broker and so forth so that if they want something in the realm of Fp they have to travel there and same goes for Kelethin and any future city for that matter. Overall I think with the system they have atm on a PVE server the should just get rid of the % between the two citys, it makes little to no sence.

I know this is just superficial, but the Freeport tradeskilling areas are much nicer than the Qeynos side. You don't have all those doors and rooms to guess where your station is at. You simply run down a set of steps. I wish Qeynos was set up like that.

Good Tanks get shafted on the gods they can choose. Evil Gods are better for tanks. Evil Healers get shafted on the gods they can choose. Good Gods are better for healing.

They should go back to racial gods like in EQ1. Let the Gods sort out who's good and evil.

Q advantages's over FP :
QH has a bank (far from broker but it here anyway)
Want to do ghoulbane create an alt on Q do the dusty blue stone quest have friend give your main the stone (used to be like that dunno if they finally changed it) go to graystone yard talk to the npc then avoid mutli high lvl guard all around for the update
Want to elctrified the BBC you have to get berik. by the time you could safely cross nektulos all of storm hall was gray out.
Want to do Jboot have to get pass the guard in front of the NPC
Want to cross NFP gotta take the panoramic run where in Q there is a ramp.
Nektulos used to be death trap (anyone still remember the pyrana chassing you or the wisp) while TS is just a walk in the field
Tunare for healer.
Mithaniel Marr for tanks.
Market is far better in Q than in FP ( about 65% / 35% ratio between the 2 cities)
More quest and heritage start from the Q side DWB GBS Fishbone earring ghoulbane.
Templar > inqui when it comes to healing (though inqui have whole different use in raid than just healing)
Prismatic 2 no need to do a worthless tedious useless quest to finish it.
1 more starting city for Good align player.

FP advantages's over Q :
Rallos for scout DPS
Assassin & Brigand > ranger (and to swashi to a certain extend)
Player born and raise in FP that have had to deal with all the bullshit are 95% of the time more skilled and more knowledgeable from the spoonfeeded queynosians. (not saying all player from Q suck)
Stein of mogok quest starter (though at lvl 40 quest lvl all the EFP guard are lvl gray and not a threat anymore)

Might have a missed a few but well all i could think of in a few minutes

OMG how I used to hate Nek forest with such a passion. At low levels it really was a death trap. That, and Fallen Gate, back in the days of spirit shards and when everyone was doing their AQs accumulationg ridiculous amounts of XP debt is probably the reason I stopped playing EQ2 for a long time.

When nek got nerfed though I was kinda dissapointed. Even though I hated, it became such a pushover zone it was kinda pitiful.

Then again, Qeynos IS Sonyeq backwards. That's probably why.

It also looks like they took more time graphically designing Qeynos than Freeport. Yeah, Freeport's supposed to be all dreary but it doesn't look as well-worked-on as Qeynos.

I have two Qeynosian characters, but Freeport has always been my favorite. The early level quests in Freeport = funny.

Don't forget to add Frogloks and Fae to this list. 2 more races that are good off the bat.

What are froglocks good for?

EDIT: I realize now that you were talking about alignment. Kind of a funny misunderstanding.
