Guides allowed to begin posting on official forums

I've been told of a new strat to repopulate the official forums and make them a more happening place where cool people will want to post.

Guides have apparently just been given permission to start posting as their Guide Personas on the official forums. This was strictly prohibited before.

My information is that guide accounts will be flagged on the official forums beginning Monday.

EQ2Flames welcomes this timely and competitive move by the SOE forums. Posts in RP by EQ2s volunteer Para-GMs there will no doubt provide endless hours of entertainment for users of our site.

They'll never repopulate that ragged shit because again, they don't understand the fundamentals of why they fucked up.

You mean raiders who use guide accounts to get the free monthly fee will RP on the forums? =0

I assume it's intended to provide helpful and informed responses to player questions, somewhat like the Class Leader program we have here.

I didn't know there were enough Guides to consider their inclusion a repopulation. I can't imagine SOE would expect Guides roleplaying about what they ate for lunch to increase site traffic. Are Guides now prohibited by SOE to post on Flames or will that only happen after they are outted and their Flames identities known?

(and will they be included in the Flames OF dev tracker thing)

They cant track guides here if they are posting under anon-account.
