Kingorion was an obvious violation of the naming policy, as it both contained a title and a religious figure. Many of the other names you listed are also violations, but not all. If 'king' is used as a title, as it often is, that would be a violation. If 'king' is just a substring of a valid name, then it likely isn't a violation.

Also, just because a name is assigned by a GM or randomly generated doesn't mean it cannot violate the naming policy.

Might just be me but I'd expect the GM to stick to the rules if he's trying to enforce them. That includes checking what the random name gen spits out, and maybe saying it out loud (e.g. name "Blome" could be pronounced as "blow me" etc).

I made a storage alt and the random name generator suggested "Juheeb" which is a slur, true story. I didn't use it, nobody needs that much grief.

I once heard from a lady who moved to texas from new york. She was aghast when she got down here and saw all the H.E.B grocery stores, and all the trucks with HEB written on them. I'd never thought of the slur before, but it made me laugh.

Reminds me of the time someone reported my alt's name. Yes, I was pushing it with the name (Farkthis), but the name they changed it to was even funnier.

I was reported within a few MINUTES of running around as a botter...AND for having an unpronounceable name. (Some of the tells were hilarious though.... "****ING BOTTER!...."GB2CHINA KTHX") The latter I understand. The former?...Oy. All I did was run past some mobs and FD...and a group behind me died horribly when they tried to run past same mobs.

Ended up getting it changed...
