So... let me get this straight... you push webroot on other people in this forums, claiming it will find every virus/spyware... but you personally dont use it like that... you use other things 1st??? how the fuck can you claim it to be the be-all-and-end-all of virus checkers if you dont use it like that yourself????

If you get haxxored by this thing you are gonna look pretty silly... just saying...

Tell me how you fix a computer thats running with 100% cpu useage and takes 10min to boot up? You can't install jack fucking shit like that. The programs I run are all done under safe mode first to prep the computer for its full cleaning. My shit makes it useable under Windows where I can install Webroot that will fully clean it.

Christ, people wanna jump all over me when they are to busy in flight to France.

This thread was about potential keyloggers, chances are your computer isn't unusable and Webroot alone is more than fine. Then again, intelligent people woulda picked that up.

Replies like yours is the reason I'm like this when dealing with people who become tech support on a forum site.

Theres tons of other posts in the Tech section where I posted help and stuff and not a shred of sarcasm or douchebaggery. I also reply to every PM about computer help. I'm not an expert at everything computers, I even asked for Gaiges help with a video card and a few others people help for scripts and stuff. I know my limits.

But hey, you saw a potential flaw in my story, jumped all over it and just like the last guy, got shot down. Thats why my pilot analogy works so well.

in their defence petgroup you did come across as webroot was the be all and end all of finding stuff on your pc and until basta posted his findings all you keept saying unless some one shows me proof of a key logger im not buying it sort thing

now weather you ment that just use webroot as well see if that helps never really came across like that

i know you are trying to help god you even offered to pay for it if someone found something using it which is nice of you

but all others are saying that there are other programs that do the same and are cheaper or free

and you come back with well i dont only use webroot i use all this other stuff too

thats all this is a bout mate so its not a huge deal that you use weboot alot a like others too as its proved good for you and your clients these guys saying that they use other stuff and thats worked out just as good

but like i said just about every virus scanner been mentioned and not 1 has picked up a hacker so now what can you do all left is a format i guess

ActiveX was the "easy way out". It is what Microsoft invested their time in, rather than investing in Java. I am not saying Java is perfect, but Microsoft went out of their way to make Java imperfect by misimplementing it, then fighting it, then choosing NOT to include it with the OS.

This is basic network security design. It is a shame you have never learned it.
