Asked this question many times..and finally inquired on the main boards way back in the day..and the answer is..there is nothing in game anywhere that will tell you your win/kill count for the arena. When you achieve it, the reward becomes available on the arena vendor...
and thats it. They SHOULD have it somewhere..especially since rewards are dependant on number of kills..but nope.
Arena wins?
