There is no automation. The actions done in the game are performed by real human beings, impact other human beings who have invested their most valuable resource into it (time), and subject to consequences for behavior, otherwise there would not be much need for an EULA, nobody would get kicked from guilds, nobody would be retaliate when their nameds got stolen, GM's would be less necessary, and there'd be no flame forum posts.
