To be fair to developers.... if they redid the dance emotes for each race at this stage of the game, peeps would scream bloody murder that they spent time doing that instead of fixing important stuff

Maybe, but presumably there are different departments. Maybe the ones that put in the lvl 6 necro spell at this stage in the game could work on it - devs were working on improving the cities without saying anything (the recent addition of extra bells and better tradeskill facilities), plus the dance would add an extra fun thing for new players, something EQ2 is in dire need of. Especially those that came from WoW - it's a tremendous disappointment to see the dancing after that

Honestly, for all there's a lot to work on in the game, something that SoE could really use is some more attention to humour in the game. Fun and humour hook people into the game faster, and then they will stay, rise to high levels and join the people clamouring for important fixes!

I don't even require different dance moves....just, perhaps, more of them.

Anarchy Online, for example, had several different dance commands (/dance1, /dance2, dance3, I think) which were different dance moves that could be seamlessly streamed together.

They also had dance clubs in that game, so I think that was emphasized as part of the roleplaying fun aspect.

EQ2 is in NEED of more DanceMoves! WE need them!
I don't think, that is too hard to make them, because there are so many professional Designer's at SoE.

I would love to see more racial like dance Moves. Every Race have 2 or 3 DanceMoves.
