Because proc-mechanics are broken and putting the Wizard proc buff on ranged would make it insane damage for a Ranger. Whereas CoB's already 100%, so it doesn't play into proc-mechanics very much.

Tell that to our SK who has off-tanked Silverwing and Khalen/Phara Dar easily. Most recently w/our paladin as MT.

Ok, lets put it this way, and yes I am fully aware on how CoB works and the march of blades raid wide with our mythicals.

But out of everything they need to fix with this game, (Brigands, Warlocks, Zerkers) they decide to add ranged attacks to the CoB line cause we all know rangers need more dps.

CoB at best only lasts 17 seconds, Rangers couldn't get the full benifit of this spell over melee anyways so whats the point?

but you're right, lets have ranged work on CoB and leave the rest of the shit broken.

First off, you apparently don't pay much attention to actual class balance, or you wouldn't continue to make retarded statements like the first one. Good fukin' game retard, you should at least try to keep up to date with current mechanics if you're going to post anymore, maybe then you won't have to fall back on:

Warlocks are fine, sorry that most of the ones you play with suck. Brigands are fine, again I'm sorry that you don't seem to think that their debuffs mean anything or that their DPS isn't good enough. Berserkers are fine.

Guardians are the only reason why Berserkers aren't fine, they can tank anything in-game, they can do everything just fine. Guardians are just overpowered at DPS.

Next, CoB lasts 17s, with 2 in raid that means it's 34s. Recast is 30s with a 4-set bonus, combined with a 2s casting time, and you've got it up every 32s. For example:

0s CoB #1 finished casting
15s Dirge #2 casts CoB #2
17s CoB #1 ends, CoB #2 is cast.
32s Dirge #1 casts CoB #1
34s CoB #2 ends, CoB #1 is cast.

PERMA COB OMGZZZZZZZZZZ

Sorry to kick sand in your vagina so early in the morning, but since you know everything there is to know about this game, please tell me how this could be associated with class balancing? 17 seconds of dps raid wide for someone who already has a huge dps increase if the group is set up right going to make a difference? I know! it's not.

you are the only one here making retarded claims. Go back to sucking off your dev for more raid strats.
