I hope instead of ddring on growth everyone has to scissor, and yeah to hopefully not crashing my 64bit machine in kylong on anything higher than raid settings!

Yes, before if you enabled the frame and titlebar while sitting idle - you'd have zero's across all abilities.

Now, the icons are normal until you use the ability, at which time you'll see the number counting down. Once it reaches zero, it will stay there for a half second, and disappear.

That is actually unrelated and of course only applies to ProfitUI. Zoltaroth was so kind to implement this change for me.
