Oh I know. Someone has to make your life difficult though. <3
Silent, people will always find a reason to explain their shortcomings as well. Let me ask you something. Would the fact that we killed the mob the way we did bother you so much if the info hadn't come from a SoE employee? People knew this encounter worked this way, the info was already out there, and it was being killed this way.
Does the fact that we've killed it again since it was changed and this method of leashing the adds no longer works at all count for nothing in your mind? Does the fact that we spent a ton of time on Nexona and killed it legit mean nothing in your mind either? All it did was get us our mythicals a few days earlier than it would have otherwise, that's the bottom line. How does this impact you in any way?
I can tell you what DOES impact you directly. How many changes/fixes/mechanics have been a direct result of a dev having first hand experience in a raid guild on the live servers. How many hotfixes do you think have gone in as a direct result of what a dev saw happen on our raid. For good or ill (from the players perspective) for that matter. What class do you play? I guarantee we've made an impact on changes made to your class.
Can you honestly throw the first stone here? I understand because a dev is involved it puts more weight on us to be the model citizens of eq2, and maybe a line got crossed, but you're not going to convince anyone of anything they don't already believe here by pointing the finger at us.
