Yeah we got some variety but its not long before Freethinker's is obsolete to us. From the looks of things, Malkonis primarily drops healer gloves, I think we need 3 more and we're done there. Treyloth seems to drop cloth/plate hats so far for us, so after the paladin one we're good there. The second name actually tends to drop rings for us instead of forearms but that has been a nice variety at least when we do get a set drop.

In MIS tacticians armor always drops rogue gloves. Shit, grats my alt on swashbuckler gloves already.

In EH we got caster boots off some named on the second floor and the tender Im told drops shoulders, but I wouldnt know becuase we got a shitty fucking cloak with a handful of agility and effect fae fall, wich doesnt even fucking work like fae fall. And its pink.

get some interesting things off the 1st 2 named in FTH, some braclets, some globes, hat, earring of war or something, nice shit, head of malkonis is pretty tight, oh there is one for ya,

I like the MoA still. I would go for the wraith touched necklace from t6 if they would ever make it so it doesnt drain 200 power when it procs, but thats just too much power to be wasting atm.

Ive seen the one out of clockwork and I have no desire to grab that, a less than 200 damage proc < 2% crits and power regen.

I guess I really cant complain that much, I really do like my gear. I can keep up with power with no power regen as well as any class in game can or better so unless there are viable damage alternatives, Im probably set.

Hey, I'm just responding to the Disso front page.

I never wore those except for resists, or to swap in for power feed on 3 Princes. Otherwise it was the Fear-Imbued Fingerguards off of Gnillaw the Demented.

Don't forget the deaggro proc gloves from Nizara. I wouldn't touch anything that dropped in the Roost, that stuff was for gearing up noobz.

So far, yes. Superior stats, but I am curious how the damage output compares to the book gloves. In theory the book gloves should be better in long melee fights.

Itemgal needs to go. Someone once boldly said it on the SOE forums a long time ago and it got LFG riled up, but I'm willing to revisit the topic. The loot table is just unimpressive by any means and I have no desire to acquire the class set.

And yes, the X'Haviz's Gown of Glory to me is a bigger travesty than the Cuirass of Protection because it is the evidence of ZERO progression in T7 for mage BP's. Tanks can go eeny meeny meiny moe.... mages cannot, at least the non-suck ones.

Yeah, item gal just fails horribly. The new armor is not really even an upgrade in most cases. We have both the guardian and zerker helms and our tanks are still using the one out of DT.

The robe is the end all robe for mages. 350 point ward that is basically always on is much better than the hp we will see on a robe for another 2 tiers. 100+ power proc all the time is better than any extra raw 70power hands down. There are no robes that proc or add to damage in any significant way at all. Its pretty sad an item discoverd off a heroic mob on February 22nd, the day KoS came out is the best robe in the game after all this time, and nothing else comes close.

BTW any mage not using this robe is a fool. You can NOT argue this without sounding stupid.

idk never really liked the Book gloves pet breaks mez, idk maybe not that big a deal, but princes, Gnorbl, Tarinax if u mez adds or mezzeD, Hurri, lotta other fights where mez's cant be broke

BTW, what mob dropped the Ranger Chest peice, its a decent fucking peice / set lol, was thinkin chests would drop off wuoshi or mayong =/ i am so sad. so that means feet, bracers, head, chest, shoulders, hands are discovered, anyone gotten pants yet?

Two 3P kills ago, I had the book gloves listed in the parse as my #1 proc item damage dealer. You have to give them time to do their thing without rapid mob death or ae'ing, and 3P is one of the few fights that does that.

And yes, I can't begin to explain the discrepancies between Cowl of the Crypt and Insulated Sleeves of Focus considering where they each drop from.
