That is exactly the part of the client that broke again with LU43. Actions that change spell timers and spell examine information cause lag spikes on my client. My guess is they copied over some old code when they added G15 support so the server is once again recalculating procs on spell timers stored on the G15 keyboard rather than caching it like it should. Bottem line is SoE does no QQ when it comes to issues like this.

go to mmis at 5am with 2 groups and... amazing, there is no lag at all, no freezes or anything of that sort.

I'd think quite the opposite.
Especially when you're in combat, the client needs to receive more info, hence the absence of high bps then is worrying me.

In the end, for me it points to a bandwidth issue, or rather not getting the data in a timely manner. If that's because the server is overly busy or because the line is shit somwhere within SoE's net, or on the way, I can't say. I'd still point to SoE's side because people all over the world have it from time to time, and the rest of the net's just working lovely.

I stay the same ping, the entire time. Then my Bps just spikes, and there goes the lag, because it has to play catchup because somehow some data somehow was forgotten.

Bps spikes can just mean that outgoing data is being queued and not replaced during the comm blockage.
