Holiday goodies - candles! trees! FIREPLACES!

Excellent zone music - particularily: Gfay, Kelethin, lower level of Shimmering Citadel, Maj Dul, Pillars of Flame.

Root for Furies (sorry, but this rekindled the love for my class again), Druid portals, Wizard ports. :D

Making housing more affordable/accessible.

Supporting & encouraging fan art, fan fiction, and player creativity...

Roleplay specific servers, for thems that like that sorta thing.

Finally giving the horses a tuneup.

Gnomish stilts. :D

Variety of player races with personality - particularily (don't tell Audra) gnomes. Ratonga... trolls (haa the emotes RULE).

As someone else mentioned - friendships.

Finally - Gorgeous scenery and attention to small details - the ingame art is fantastic. I love finding something hidden in the game I'd never seen before - the statue behind the falls in Oakmyst, the tiling on the floor in Cazic Thule. If you want to see some of the enthusiasm the designers had for their projects, start looking at ceilings - some of the artwork in the ceiling dombs is incredible. The glowing runes in Living Tombs/Silent City.

Oh there's a bunch of statues like that in that zone in ajoining rooms. They're amazing, good call.

The artwork for the Qeynos catacombs is absolutely beautiful, something really needs to be done to get more players down there.

Yeah - I'm really curious about the tile colors in there, as well - they change here and there - I've never really looked to see if they indicate a change in level or direction.

I went wandering through CoB one night, taking screenies here and there. Instead of linking a bunch of screenies, here's the blog post with more screenies.
